Wall Sculptures - Solid Designs
Most of my sculptures are layered designs with open areas that reveal the wall behind the sculpture, as well as the shadows cast by the lighting. These designs are solid with no open areas and tend to be much heavier. They are also very beautiful.

Archimedes' Circle celebrates the famous Greek
mathematician and engineer. Ten squares (diamonds) are precisely stacked
and arranged on a large circle to depict Archimedes' efforts to calculate
the exact value for pi. 47 1/2" in diameter |
Pathway to Enlightenment - 53 individually stacked pieces were cut from a single sheet of patinated copper to create this stunning wall piece. The up-down steps of the circles, as they spiral inward and upward suggest how we progress in life, 3 steps up, 2 steps back, 4 steps up, 3 steps back. This piece is more balanced as a 24" square, more dynamic as a 34" diamond - choose the way you prefer. Other dimensions possible. |

| Planetary Orbits - circles are cut from a
larger circle of copper and then arranged and stacked to
depict the eccentric orbits of planets in a solar system. The circles are
mounted on an ellipse that suggests the system's trajectory
through the galaxy. Sized 30"x42". |
Greek Cross - 165 individual squares and
rectangles are cut from patinated copper, then stacked and arranged to
create this dramatic wall piece. 24" on a side, it is more dynamic as
a diamond and occupies a 34"x34" wall space. 48" on a side also

Magic Square - the
Chinese first discovered how to arrange the numbers from 1 to 9 on a grid
so that every row, column and diagonal adds up to 15. My 66-piece
design celebrates the symmetry and excitement of this ancient discovery.

| Rotating Triangles - 55.5" per side, copper with patina (many choices available) incorporating ten triangles arranged in a dynamic spiral, ideal for over a fireplace or on a large wall. | Many-Petalled Lotus - 56 beautifully curved and
stacked copper shapes create a flower that depicts the Buddhist symbol of purity.
It has a beautiful abstract design created
with my unique patination process. It
is 24" on a side, but when hung as a diamond it is more dynamic and
